Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with StudioAsahi.
Our products are made to order using trusted print-on-demand production partners located in the United States and other regions around the world.

Because all items are made to order, production time must be completed before shipping begins.
The total delivery time includes both production and shipping.


Order Processing Time

• Most items are produced within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• Production times may vary depending on the product type, seasonal demand, and order volume.
• Because all items are made-to-order, we are unable to expedite production.

🔹 Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Locations

• Your order may be shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on the item.
• For U.S. customers, most orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.
• Some items may ship from Canada, the EU, or other regions for availability or faster delivery.
• Items are not shipped from Japan.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


Estimated Shipping Times

United States
• Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders
• Delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing
• International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient
• These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer when the order arrives.

🔹 During holiday seasons or high demand periods, production and delivery may take longer than usual.
🔹 Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on Printify’s flat-rate shipping for each product category.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Because our items are made-to-order, shipping fees are not refundable once production has begun.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

• packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• failed delivery attempts
• unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, we may resend it at your cost.


Tracking Information

Most shipments include tracking.
Some carriers provide limited tracking depending on the destination.
Multiple-item orders may have multiple tracking numbers.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

If tracking shows the package was lost before delivery, we will work with our production partners to arrange a replacement when possible.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded according to our Refund Policy.


Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, as all products are made-to-order.
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note: This is not a return address, and we cannot accept returned items sent back to us directly.
Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refunds.
