Refund & Return Policy

All products in our store are made to order using print-on-demand. Because each item is produced individually just for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please read the policy below before placing an order.


1. No returns for change of mind

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed
  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
  • You no longer want the item after it has been produced

Please check the product description, size charts, and preview images carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Of course, if there is a problem with the product itself, we will make it right.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged in transit
  • with a printing error or defect
  • significantly different from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color)

please contact us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date at:

When you contact us, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem (item, defect, and packaging if damaged in transit)

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement item or a refund according to the print provider’s policy.
In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item.

Please note: Minor variations in print placement, size, or color may occur due to normal production tolerances and are not considered defects.


3. Items that cannot be returned

Because our products are made to order, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of defect or our error:

  • Made-to-order print-on-demand items
  • Customized or personalized designs
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

These are non-returnable except in cases of defect or our error.


4. Order issues (address, delivery, etc.)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders if:

  • the address was entered incorrectly, or
  • the package is returned or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with family members, building management, or neighbors. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will review the situation with you, but we cannot guarantee a free replacement in cases where the carrier shows a successful delivery.


5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, but it usually takes a few business days after the refund is processed on our side.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact your bank or card issuer first. If the refund still does not appear, contact us at info@studioasahi-nikko.com with your order details.
