TRANSPORT REQUEST / WESTBOUND

Classified Goods & Emergency Transport Protocol (Limited to Westbound Routes)

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of this Protocol is to ensure the transfer and installation of the specified item (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Item") to the designated delivery date, time, and location, in strict compliance with all conditions set forth herein.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT ITEM

1. Description: One (1) Duralumin Case (Identification No.: Δ0210).

2. The Contractor is strictly prohibited from requesting descriptions, performing inspections, conducting analysis, or engaging in any speculation or interpretation regarding the contents of the Subject Item.

3. Forbidden Actions (Termination Conditions):

  • Opening of the case.
  • Intentional alteration of the shape, weight, or external appearance.
  • Removal or reattachment of any affixed stickers.
  • In the event of significant damage to the stickers, the Contractor is obligated to immediately cease transport and report to the Client.

ARTICLE 3: OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS (COMPLIANCE PROTOCOL)

The Contractor shall strictly adhere to the following special restrictions throughout the entire duration of the operation:

1. Movement Restrictions:

  • From the commencement of transport, the cumulative eastward travel distance shall not exceed 10% of the total journey distance. Reverse movement, detours, and directional adjustments involving a full stop shall not be categorized as eastward progression.
  • For any single mode of transport, the continuous distance traveled without interruption shall not exceed 10% of the total journey distance.
  • The mode of transport must be changed periodically such that no single vehicle/vessel/aircraft accounts for more than 10% of the total journey.

2. Stop Time Restrictions:

  • The total cumulative stop time (idle time) shall not exceed 10% of the total time required for transport.

3. Seating and Placement Restrictions:

  • The Contractor shall not use any seat located on the right side relative to the direction of travel in any aircraft, vehicle, vessel, or other means of transport.
  • The Subject Item must always be positioned on the left side relative to the direction of travel.

4. Physical Restrictions (Security Protocol): The following actions are prohibited during transport and related administrative procedures (unless absolutely unavoidable):

  • Use of the right hand for primary actions, including signing documents or operating equipment.
  • Leaning or placing weight on right-side handrails, walls, or support points.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

The Contractor shall deliver and install the Subject Item based on the designated coordinates, time, and installation conditions.

1. Designated Delivery Time: August 13, 2021, 12:01 (PDT)

  • Tolerance: ±60 seconds.

2. Designated Coordinates:

  • Lat: 34.10785, Lon: -118.25546

3. Installation Conditions:

  • The presence of specialized equipment or personnel at the site is not guaranteed.
  • The Contractor shall not attempt to interpret the nature, intent, or meaning of the delivery location.

ARTICLE 5: COMPLETION AND POST-ACTION

The request shall be deemed complete only when all the following conditions are met:

1. Successful installation of the Subject Item at the designated position.

2.Immediate departure from the site following installation.

3.The Contractor shall not attempt to observe or confirm any changes to the Subject Item post-installation.

4. No completion report is required.

ARTICLE 6: UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS

The contents of this Protocol may be updated irregularly. Updates will be notified via the provided terminal; the latest instructions shall supersede all previous instructions, and overwritten instructions shall be deemed null and void.

ARTICLE 7: VIOLATIONS AND COMPENSATION

1. This Protocol does not demand rationality, nor does it carry any accountability for individual conditions.

2. Violation of any Termination Condition specified in Article 2, Paragraph 3 shall result in the immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of all compensation.

3. In the event of significant non-compliance with any other conditions (excluding those in Article 2, Paragraph 3), the Client reserves the right to reduce the compensation amount.

 

BY SIGNING BELOW, the parties agree to be bound by the terms of this Transport Protocol.
